Is a great place when you don't want to drive all the way to downtown from north charleston. Come with friends and most definitely you're going to have a great time.

I have always like chicken wings, kind of hard to mess these up is my thought. I do like the option of how many flavors you can mix and match, allow one to experience them all. The disappointments that I had were only one option for a Porter or Stout. I understand there is probably not much business in the area requesting it, but still it would have been nice. The sitting area was a mess, the entire floor had litter all over it. The place smelled like a high school boys gym locker. The waitress seemed like she was out of her element in the sense of nervous, she may have been new. The manager on the other hand was very good, he noticed I did not eat the chips I ordered, I explained I did not like them and that the previous batch was soggy. He stated then we will not have you pay for them, proactive is what I like, unlike the waitress.

I've visited this location a few times and it's been below par each time. I can over look the quality of the food because it's a chain chicken wing place and you know exactly what to expect. However the bad service and the fact that they allow smoking are big turnoffs. We actually had a server tell us that he/she was no feeling well because they were so hungover. I've got no problem with them being in that condition, just don't tell me about it. I understand there are still a lot of people who like to smoke in a bar, but it's tough for folks who don't smoke. Not sure why this is still even an issue. The one good thing about BWW is their happy hour. It's pretty cheap if you don't mind the smoke.

This place smells horrible. Seriously it is like someone Clorox mopped up a crime scene then washed it off with some local football teams sweat. After that them must have wiped it up with that teams underwear. The food is just so so and most of the TVs need some sort of tuning or picture enhancement.

The service was horrible for the last couple times I've been here. It was very slow and the mozzarella sticks we ordered, with the drinks, came out last. The food is always good, but the customer service is atrocious and I don't think I'll be coming back.

I work near by so this is a staple in our office lunch rotation as well as our after work drink spot. The nice thing is that they are rarely slammed packed and they usually have good specials in the way of beers or food. We always get decent service here. Nothing amazing, but beers never run dry and food comes out in a timely manner and is up to standards. Nothing fancy, just food, beer, and TVs galore. They allow smoking at the bar, but they manage to do a really good (although not perfect) job of isolating the smoke to that area only.

Ugh, it's my fault for eating corporate. The place is not the cleanest. I had asked for my wings extra crispy. When they came out soggy, I asked if the server could please have them as requested. The server then took them back to the kitchen, only to return with them saying the manager would not allow wings to be extra crispy. Some sort of health violation to cook wings over 10/15 minutes. (even though we got our food In less than 10). The server was sweet. Management didn't even come to the table to apologize. My own fault for coming here when I should have stayed downtown where the decent food is.

I live Buffalo Wild Wings, and this location is perfectly fine. I've only ever gotten take out, but it's been smooth every time. Also, they sell wings. Buffalo wings. That's awesome, because that's what I want them to sell.

Same service I've gotten at other Buffalo Wild Wings locations. Great food, mediocre service. And since when did they start charging for extra wet wings??? And they were just barely covered in sauce. However, the wings were delicious, and that is the only reason why I put up with such mediocre service.

This place is probably a good place to watch a sports game, as there are TVs everywhere and college football memorabilia. It is NOT a good place for a family to go to relax and enjoy a meal as my parents wanted to do here. The layout is a little confusing as to where you go to get seated and despite the restaurant being almost empty at lunchtime it was very loud. Service was pretty slow and the food was mediocre. The location is not too good for a sports bar as it is outside of an outlet mall and anyone wanting to come here would have to drive. I am also disturbed reading the previous review about them turning away black customers. I hope that is not true, and if it is, than this place does not deserve any business. 2 stars because I wasn't particularly impressed with anything.

This has to be one of our favorite places to eat...whether in Columbia or Charleston area...never had bad food or experience here. Our waitresses are always nice and on top of their orders. Our favorite wings are the boneless in either teriyaki or honey bbq sauce. I love their chips, salsa and queso.

Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaangs. I'm a fan of BDubs - the service is always nice, tons of screens to watch TV, solid wings. I actually got the grilled chicken sandwich and it was surprisingly excellent! The fries were like, McDonald's fries - which makes my heart swell with joy. And cholesterol.

Just like any chain their food is what it is. The service was great the beer cold and the atmosphere friendly. I like that about a place.

42 minutes to get a refill of sweat tea. And that's after telling two waitresses I needed a refill. The first waitress acknowledged I needed a sweet tea yet never returned. That was after a 16 minute wait. 15 minutes later I grabbed another waitress and told her. She shouted to another waitress to bring a refill. Well, she didn't. 11 minutes after that and after standing up and being "that guy", I was able to get a refill. 42 minutes after the fact. I will never return.

Went to watch a couple of games on a Saturday afternoon around 2pm(Super Bowl weekend). When we arrived just a few people in the bar area. My wife wanted a glass of white wine. They only had a half a bottle of old Pinot Grigio. No Chardonnay at all. Not even cheap stuff. No excuses were offered. We should have left. Food came out and was cold. Server was at best below average. I looked around and saw food residue on the floor. I'v been to BW3's in other locations in other cities, This place didn't come remotely close to measuring up to many other locations away from charleston. We can watch games anywhere. We have so many choices in Charleston and will never return to this poorly run chain store

It's Buffalo Wild Wings, doesn't that about sum it up? What do you expect, really? Wings, beer, giant TVs? Okay then, there you have it. If you're looking for something gourmet or a place to have nice dinner conversation, drive on by. If you want to hang with friends and watch the game then this is the place for you. Wings are wings. I've had better, I've had worse. Given the venue, they live up to the expectation. Great for after dinner drinks with coworkers and a little unwind time. It's a safe bet that you'll always encounter "that guy." Which guy? If you have to ask, you've never hung out in a sports bar. Good luck when you meet him!

I've been here the last few weeks for football games, and, with the exception of the Steelers fans and Cowboys fans, I'm a definite fan of this place. There's a big bar area that allows smoking (I'm a non-smoker) and a dining area that does not allow smoking. There are tons of TVs, good wings (that come out very quickly), and cheap beer. During the late game on Sundays, they've got really good beer and liquor specials, though I do with they'd offer those during the early games, as well. The only issue I have is that none of the staff seems to know where any of the professional football games will be shown. You'd think it would be important for them to have an understanding of where to seat fans, since there are almost a dozen games going on at any time, yet it's almost impossible to figure out where you should sit so that you've got an optimal viewing location, or even a decent viewing location.

Went for lunch today. Hadnt been in a while. This used to be our place. Knew all the wait staff and the manager. Guess they made some management changes since we was last in. My husband and I both eat our wings well done. Never been a problem before. Today we were told we cant them well done. It takes too. Kid said longest they could cook was 15 minutes. We said OK with a smug look Im sure. So we cant order wings how we like. So they come out about 7 minutes later. Mushy from sitting in a holding tank. Skin was slick. My husband bout flipped. So manager comes over after about 10 minutes waiting, basically says touch shit. He does have them recooked in grease, which, since they couldnt cook them very long, didnt make that much difference. And did I mention waiter looked at upset we said anything. Then waited on other people, got others drinks and stuff before asking manager to come over. We was on our lunch HOUR, not to mention. So needless to say, we boxed them up so we could take them home and cook more later. Manager came back over and then said....OH, BY THE WAY, WHEN YOU GET LUNCH SIZE (8)...YOU CAN ONLY GET ONE FLAVOR. I LET IT SLIDE THIS TIME...............wtf??? Could care less about wings or our experience. Never again.....dont think he liked it when we said would just go to DD Peckers, where they would cook them how we want them. I can find other places to watch sports and spend my $100-150 on Sundays that is way more deserving.

It's BWW about as usual as any other in the chain. Large tv selection for the games, decent local beer list, and of course the wings are spot on every time. For the most part service is great just depends who you get and time of day.
(4)
Christopher C.
Your run of the mill Buffalo Wild Wings establishment. You should already know what to expect when you come to this place. Minus the roach my wife saw in the lobby while waiting to be seated, we had a pleasurable experience while watching football and the UFC fight. Nothing blew my socks off but overall it was cool.
(3)
Jason K.
It's a BWW, don't think you can have huge expectations for a BWW. Good wings and good beer, nothing more nothing less. You can't beat that their domestics on weekdays are 1.35. Service is always usually quick and easy. This is definitely a place you go to for Happy Hour or maybe to watch a game. Definitely not a place to take a date.

What a odd place to go for something to eat and drink. If you take out the TV's and the tables, its like the land of the misfit toys in there. The staff are all high school/college age and chatting and not taking their job as a job, more of a hang out, seems to be the prevailing mindset. If your going for a beer and sitting at the bar, you will be OK as in, you will be recognized and served. (thats big here at BWW) I went yesterday, my 3rd trip and this time with someone and it was uncomfortably terrible. My companion owns a successful restaurant and rarely points out what she would deem as unacceptable, nor cast a derogatory comment about a server or the establishment within. We didn't need to! We merely just looked at each other in utter amazement as our--thinking of a word for a server that doesn't serve-can't, there is no such word-- just walked past us as we hand motioned and actually verbally called out, which still had no effect. I don't call out in a food establishment-in fact, I never have prior, but aside from firing off a flare, I exhausted all available options to order my 1st beer and they were not busy at all. (under half occupancy if I were to guess) If these are the servers that can not cut the mustard in other dining establishments and hear that BWW hires Anybody, have enough consideration for the patrons and consider a job in Walmart, as F&B is just not your calling. (understatement of the year) As per my my initial statement of high school'ers hanging out and just chatting away, I was left with the definite feeling that they were thinking "Your not really a priority here at BWW, We Are". I honestly believe that, as I take no pleasure in bashing a location just for the pure pleasure of it, if anything I error high (stars) on my reviews. Please add a discard dish for my wings, please use a platter to place the toppling wings on, so they don't fall out and land on the bar, please have your hottest wing not be barely noticeably hot, please have your hot be hot and your dry rub be a real rub, please clear your beer lines so my Stella doesn't taste like a stale Bud Light, please serve blue cheese for these wings that do not oddly resemble Ranch or creamy Italian dressing, please provide an ample amount of napkins/hand wipes-(not just 3 between 18 wings and 2 people), please hire a staff that is over 20 years of age, or 20 year old's that possess the work ethic to understand play time comes before or after work. I can keep going, but it is not worth recalling--only forgetting..

The wings we're awesome. Juicy, flavorful, and meaty. The service was friendly, and the happy hour prices were cool..my only issue was with my drink. Although they had great beer specials (what my friend was drinking) I typically dont drink beer. Actually I have been drinking the same drink for some years. Tanguaray and a OJ or pineapple juice. Love a good gin. I LOATHE going to a bar, ordering my drink, and it tastes like Simply Orange (I can't taste any liquor), and am told by the bartender those sorry little words "we have no control over that." They then proceed to break down the science of how its an automated spout etc etc..Hate It. This actually doesn't happen often thankfully, but when it does, man it grinds my gears! (for my FG fans lol) I pay $5-$7+ for a drink, you give me juice with a lime, and tell me you have no control over that? Good bartenders don't utter those words. BUT our waitress was pleasant, and made me another, in a shorter glass. She was very nice, the food was good..all in all, pretty cool place. Stick out your hand bartender.." Bad bartender. Bad."

I have never enjoyed this place but $5.99 lunch deal is not a bad deal. I got Spicy Garlic wings and just was not impressed. The wings are not that fresh and not that meaty. There are way better places around. Overall the experience was not that bad I am just not a fan of the place.

Been sitting here for almost an hour waiting to get served. Finally got a hold of the manager who was not very apologetic. There are at least a half dozen empty tables. Wonder what the service is like when it's busy.

When going to a chain restaurant, we know food quality is typically standard and predictable. What can make a chain restaurant stand out is the server and employees. And our server made out experience enjoyable. My 3 year old grand daughter was with us and that can be a disaster with the wrong server. Ours was accustomed to toddlers. She put things out of reach of my grand daughter where most servers put things right in front of her. Out server was very patient and attentive with us and very aware of what we were up against with a 3 year old. So refreshing!

I stopped here for a few drinks with my friends for a football game and the place was packed. Our server was awesome! She was really friendly and the overall service was excellent. Even though it was busy we did not have to wait long to receive our drinks and food. Also the best part is that there are TVs everywhere to watch sports! I would definetly come back because of the awesome and quick service I received!

Pretty much exactly what you'd expect from a BW3s. Great wings, lots of games on the TVs. Our service was really great and attentive. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was the mac and cheese, which tasted like it was a Stouffer's package that they microwaved when you ordered it. Not horrible, but not what I want from a restaurant.

My go to for wings. Love their 55 cent wing Tuesday, I go almost every week! My favorite is their salt & vinegar wings, yum! And they're pretty consistent every time !

This place is absolutely horrible. We waited one hour for food when there was almost nobody in the restaurant. When my burger came it was blackened to the point of cardboard consistency. We had to catch a flight and could not wait for a replacement so the manager grabbed my plate and walked off. Thankfully she took my order of four total off our bill. The other big issue is they allow cigarette smoking inside. Beware.

I visited this restaurant the other day and left disgusted. I can't believe this place, especially being a large chain, still allows smoking inside. They have the main nonsmoking area, and then near the bar they allow smoking (which yelp really needs to change the info on the side, as I thought smoking was outdoors only). However when the whole place is open between the areas, it makes no difference. I left smelling of smoke. I won't be returning again.

I've always enjoyed BDubs food and atmosphere. This place has exactly what you would expect if you been to any other BDubs before. Huge tv over the middle of the bar, High tops, tables, and booth seating. They also have an outdoor seating area. It's a bit small, but you do have the option. All of the employees seem to have been trained quite well. They are all very fast and can maintain and manage a packed house. The customers however can range from polite normal sports fans to the straight up thug life mean mugging everyone that passes type people. Also, they still allow smoking inside. The venting system is actually pretty good for all the smokers but still, lets get on board with the rest of the world and make smokers go outside. Even the smallest whiff of a Newport as you take a bite of a salad is completely off putting.

Service was particularly good the night I went (may weather v pacquiao fight). I def don't go there for the food, it's not great. They have the trivia that you can play at your table against other people. The happy hour specials are good and the regular prices for beer & liquor are no more than any other bar. A lot of tvs and always a steady crowd.

I've been going to this BWW for about a year now. I've been going steadily for the past six months. The only reason I come back time and time again is because a small handful of their servers are worth the effort and money. There are also a handful of servers who have no business being employed at this place. Most of the bartenders are good. Beware of one bartender in particular who consistently underpours shots. On the flip side, seriously, most of them are very good about the shots. When I get wings I am always satisfied. The pretzels are excellent too! Get a side of Ranch and/or Asian Zing instead of the mustard. You get a side of queso anyway, so give it a shot. They're all delicious. I've had a pretty good Carribean Jerk chicken sandwich from here. They've got a thing going on their receipts to get a free dessert, so if you get that, fill it out and give the dessert tortilla a shot. That thing is awesome. It has vanilla ice cream, fried cheesecake balls, fudge syrup, caramel syrup, all on a fried tortilla covered in a bit of sugar. It's absolutely bad for you. It's bar food more or less, so I'm not sure what you would expect from a sports bar. It's plenty adequate for my tastes. This isn't a food connoisseur's paradise. It's not supposed to be. They have half-off domestics during happy hour (currently 4-8PM). They also have some pretty cheap well liquor at all times. They also have half-off appetizer specials (see the smaller menu for these) during happy hour times. Really it's not a bad place at all. In fact the only complaint I've typically had is the men's room is often a disaster area. Some people forget how to aim when they get a beer in them, so they piss all over the floor. Sometimes it's worse and there is no toilet paper or paper towels, but that is exceedingly rare. It's usually just a really messy floor. There are two areas for people who don't smoke and those that do. The bar area allows smoking. It's never been a problem for me because usually the ventilation is adequate that it evacuates the smoke quickly. I've never sat on the restaurant side, so I can't speak to what it's like over there. There are a ton of TVs at this place. It would behoove you to try and figure out what station your team is playing on, step in and figure out what station is on what TV, and then figure out where you want to sit as a result (assuming there are open seats). There are days when the place is utterly packed to the brim and you won't have a choice in the matter. One final thing, please don't bring your kids into the bar. They have a rule about no one under the age of 5 ever in the bar area, but no one under the age of 21 after 9. I've seen a few times where women bring their toddlers into the bar area around all the smokers and drunken idiots. Please don't be that person. That's disgraceful at the very least.

We were here for fight night (UFC) and game night. I really enjoyed this place and if it weren't for the cock roach crawling across the floor while we were waiting on our table, this place would have received one more star! :-/ Anywho, I enjoyed spending time with my hubby, and would come back again even if there was a roach staring me in the face and watching the fight with me. :)

This place is crazy awesome! Holler for Amber! She gives great customer service and kept checking in on me to make sure things were tip-top. Food is the same as any other B-dubs...enjoy!

Sat at the bar over 5 mins before bartender recognized new face then continued to chat with her friends vice seeing if I would like a drink. Understood if they were super busy this was not the case..
(1)Doug M.
It's BWW about as usual as any other in the chain. Large tv selection for the games, decent local beer list, and of course the wings are spot on every time. For the most part service is great just depends who you get and time of day.
(4)Christopher C.
(3)Jason K.

Service is very bad. They operate as if they are the only place in town. Food is ridiculous. This is sad because I actually enjoy other buffalo wild wings establishment. Dont go there.
(1)Chelle R.
It's a good place to see a football game, but I was very unhappy that they still allow smoking in the bar area. WHO IS STILL SMOKING THESE DAYS???!!!
(4)Tom G.
Good place to watch a game. Actually not bad bar food and a good number of OK beers on tap. Service was hit or miss. I can't imagine coming here other than watching a game on TV, but good for that.
(3)Aisha V.
Bad."
(3)Michael F.
I have never enjoyed this place but $5.99 lunch deal is not a bad deal. I got Spicy Garlic wings and just was not impressed. The wings are not that fresh and not that meaty. There are way better places around. Overall the experience was not that bad I am just not a fan of the place.
(2)Scott B.

Great service! Tuesday night 50 cent wings, 65 cent boneless wings. Good chicken. Happy hour 4 to 8 with select 2.99 appetizers.
(4)Shawna M.
I did not know you could still smoke in Restaurants!!!!!! Wow, food was good but I smelled like cigarettes when I left.

Service sucks!!!
(1)Patrick H.
No one waited on me for 15 mins.
(2)Tony T.
Ate here yesterday with my two kids. The service was just a little slow but, they were pretty crowded. The wings were excellent, what can I say. I would go to this place to eat anytime. Even more if there was one closer to where I live.
(4)Colleen M.
(5)Sheryl S.
Good wings. Excellent choice of flavors too.
(4)Sydney G.
(3)Tracey D.
My go to for wings. Love their 55 cent wing Tuesday, I go almost every week! My favorite is their salt & vinegar wings, yum! And they're pretty consistent every time !
(4)S S.
I sat there for 10 minutes, numerous wait staff walked by me, and no one acknowledged me. I'll go spend my money elsewhere.
(1)Jeff S.
Beware.
(1)Kasey A.
Service kinda sucked. Food was good, but the waitress forgot my sauce. Waited a long time for waitress to come back and take our orders.
(3)Laura S.

(3)Kristen R.
(4)Magan B.
Service is very slow tonight.. few and far between.. it took a long time to get drinks or to even order.. a lot of money to spend for a family for such bad service :(

I come here everyday..everything is good ..food and service is excellent ..I want them to improve on music ,have some nice songs collection will attract many customers I live Buffalo Wild Wings please improve on music !!
